I understand that my deposit includes a Pre-Trip Planning Fee that covers trip-related expenses, services & vendor commitments incurred well in advance of departure. These costs include, but are not limited to, advanced lodging reservations, activity coordination, detailed itinerary planning, and pre-trip correspondence. As such, any deposits associated with your booking are recognized as revenue by Backcountry Journeys, as they represent partial fulfillment of the performance obligations on your reservation & reflect the work and expenses undertaken to prepare for your trip before it begins.
